Hello October! As the seasons change and nature moves through the next cycle, it feels like the perfect time to start something different...

So, this month I am really excited to introduce my new online offer, designed to support the wellbeing of women who are navigating that transformative/ tricky/ tiring/ tremendous/ testing/ terrific* journey through perimenopause, menopause, and all the change that midlife chucks at us. This project has been a passion of mine I’ve been working on for some time, and I'm super chuffed to finally bring it to life.

(*it can feel like each and every one of these, and more, one by one or all at the same time!)

Wellbeing for Women is about more than just managing symptoms, though that is absolutely one of the aims, to help you do just that; it’s also about helping you build confidence and resilience to embrace this phase of life, and nurture and reconnect with both your body and mind, using yoga and a holistic approach, and finding what works well for you. But beyond that, I’d love to grow a community where women can connect, share experiences, and find strength in a safe, welcoming, supportive space.

Wellbeing for Women will be kicking off on World Menopause Day Friday 18th October, with Zenopause, a free online session that will combine gentle yoga, mindfulness, and breath work to help you deal with changes and challenges, and find some balance and calm. It’s a chance for you to also connect with others and share experiences. You can sign up below.

Zenopause

18 October time 6.30pm-8.30pm (UK time)

To mark World Menopause Day and launch Wellness for Women, Zenopause is a free online gentle yoga session that also incorporates breath work and mindfulness, focusing on alleviating some of the challenges the menopause journey brings, and finding a place of relaxation, balance and inner zen. As well as reconnecting with yourself it’s also chance for you to connect with others, and share experiences.
