Hi, I'm Sharon! I came to yoga later in life, having often thought I was ‘not a yoga type'... I was happily proven wrong, very pleasantly surprised, and utterly hooked! It offered much more than I had ever realised, helped in ways I couldn't have imagined. It is now a life long learning journey, and something I love helping others discover. I have a passion for sharing yoga with women in particular, knowing through my own experience how it can help us with every life change and challenge.
